Probably a lot of the instinct in the soul. We had air holes in the souls and the souls were rubbery and light as a feather. Expensive bakery and not recommended. But the shop assistants are very friendly.

Very good bakery, great selection, a lot with spelled flour, friendly and uncomplicated employees, as a regular customer there are free products, good opening times - always happy for years ???
